amazing hotel, a nice experience!
cute staff organized service breakfast buffet
I found the staff cute and polite. They ensured my needs were met promptly. the hotel offered a transfer pick-up service, convenient and well-organized. i especially appreciated the amazing breakfast buffet, with plenty of fresh options to choose from each morning.
i noticed the restaurant pricing seemed expensive when compared to local standards.

my premium room included comfortable beds and a balcony. the room also featured a rainfall shower and provided complimentary sundowner cocktails from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm daily. it had modern décor and ample space.

service issues overshadow location
poor service missing amenities
the location was convenient for exploring, especially the proximity to the fort.
i encountered several problems with the service . the front desk didn't seem very attentive, and it felt as if there was a lack of genuine hospitality. basic amenities were missing from the room, like a full-size mirror and a dental kit, which i would expect in a hotel advertised as five-star.

I loved the fine sea view this hotel provided. It allowed relaxation by the pool. the buffet had a wide variety of delicious dishes. the atmosphere was positive. fellow guests were kind.

the location is very convenient, located closely to the fort! rooms were spacious and very cozy. facilities are quite great and with the pool area being a tranquil place to lounge. i have to mention the staff were friendly and accommodating.

direct access fantastic view close location immediate help
i liked the direct access to the pool. the main pool offered fantastic views. the hotel is near the fort. the hotel sent help immediately when i told the front desk about a small problem i had.
the hotel felt a bit too commercial for my taste. it was a slight personal preference. i understand the need for efficiency but it impacted my experience a little.
